I want to thank you for sending Mr. Early to fix all the items on the punch
list. He was a very delightful, much energy, individual that was very
professional,

and did the greatest work that I have seen in sometime. It has made such a
difference in the building, cleaned and repaired all lights, made sure that
safety was a priority
