We are really excited about our move in to our NEW location.  We are currently at 1711 Chattanooga Road in Dalton.  For those long time Daltonians you may remember this building! Lots of history here and we are super excited about restoring this building and making it our home!  Some other changes we have experienced is letting our former maintenance supervisor JD Holland go to pursue his passion and career in law enforcement and he has successfully done just that in his home town.  We have brought on Rocky Blake as the new maintenance supervisor and have added some new staff to the maintenance division of our team.  We also welcome our New but not so new leasing agent Shannon Rahm who is doing a fantastic job at marketing and showing our units.  She is having remarkable retention rates and just a joy to have on our team!  Jolene and Veroncia are still holding down the office and Veronica is helping to expand the bi-lingual market of our company!  Thank you staff and team!
